Our WG is located in the charming valley town of Bernburg – a place that offers everything the heart desires! Just a hundred meters away from our front door flows the hall that invites you to walk, jogging or just relax on the water. In one direction you are in the middle of the green in five minutes, surrounded by trees, fields and gardens. Turn to the other side and follow the river bank, reach the city centre in just ten minutes.

Also the near supply is top here! Lidl, a source of drinks, a bus stop (yes, the bus runs directly to the campus in Strenzfeld), a car workshop and a petrol station are no two minutes walk away. And for the cultural highlights you will be in a few minutes walk to the cultural centre “Hotel Vienna” or in the creative project room COI.

Unsere WG liegt in der charmanten Talstadt von Bernburg – ein Ort, der alles bietet, was das Herz begehrt! Nur hundert Meter von unserer Haustür entfernt fließt die Saale, die perfekt zum Spazieren, Joggen oder einfach zum Entspannen am Wasser einlädt. In die eine Richtung bist du in fünf Minuten mitten im Grünen, umgeben von Bäumen, Feldern und Schrebergärten. Wendest du dich zur anderen Seite und folgst dem Flussufer, erreichst du die Innenstadt in nur zehn Minuten.

Auch die Nahversorgung ist hier top! Lidl, Getränkequelle, eine Bushaltestelle (ja, der Bus fährt direkt zum Campus in Strenzfeld), eine Autowerkstatt und eine Tankstelle sind keine zwei Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Und für die kulturellen Highlights bist du in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß im Kulturzentrum „Hotel Wien“ oder im kreativen Projektraum COI.

Currently living in our WG Nils (studiert B. Sc. Ökotrophologie), Paula (studiert B. Sc. Landschaftsarchitektur, Haupt Mietrin) and Pia (occupational and part-time in the house).

It's a lot to us that we feel comfortable in the WG and live a relaxed, friendly relationship. Our cozy kitchen and the green garden invite you to spend time together – whether cooking, grilling, gardening, a fun game night or a glass of wine, beer or a lime to chat about God and the world. Everything can, nothing has to! Our guests and friends are always welcome as long as we take mutual consideration.

We are particularly pleased with our new living room, which is just set up. Here you can introduce yourself with your ideas and style and shape the room together with us.

A small highlight is our access to the roof. There you can enjoy the sunset with a drink and leave everyday life behind you – just a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view.

Aktuell wohnen in unserer WG Nils (studiert B. Sc. Ökotrophologie), Paula (studiert B. Sc. Landschaftsarchitektur, Hauptmieterin) und Pia (berufstätig und Teilzeit im Haus).

Uns liegt viel daran, dass wir uns in der WG wohlfühlen und ein entspanntes, freundschaftliches Miteinander leben. Unsere gemütliche Küche und der grüne Garten laden dazu ein, gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen – ob beim Kochen, Grillen, Gärtnern, einem lustigen Spieleabend oder bei einem Glas Wein, Bier oder einer Limo, um über Gott und die Welt zu plaudern. Alles kann, nichts muss! Gäste und Freund*innen sind bei uns immer herzlich willkommen, solange wir gegenseitig Rücksicht nehmen.

Besonders freuen wir uns über unser neues Wohnzimmer, das gerade eingerichtet wird. Hier kannst du dich mit deinen Ideen und deinem Stil einbringen und gemeinsam mit uns den Raum gestalten.

Ein kleines Highlight ist unser Zugang zum Dach. Dort kannst du bei einem Getränk den Sonnenuntergang genießen und den Alltag hinter dir lassen – einfach ein schöner Ort, um zu entspannen und die Aussicht zu genießen.

Rented as seen
We've been handling it here for years, so that the room is taken over as the renter leaves. For this, the removal does not dispense with the deletion or other work – a relaxed regulation that has worked so far super.

Heating with coal
Our apartment and the entire house have their very special, charming old building character. Either you love it – or it's just not the right thing. In winter we traditionally heat with coal. Every year, we order around one tonne of coal, whose costs we share with each other. Important: These heating costs are not included in the additional costs!

Pets
Pets are welcome! If you want to bring dog, cat or other animal, let's just talk about it so that it suits everyone.

Smoking
Smoking is currently allowed in the rooms and in the living room. Since we attach great importance to mutual consideration, this is a point that we can speak openly if it is important to you.

Gemietet wie gesehen
Wir handhaben es hier seit Jahren so, dass das Zimmer so übernommen wird, wie es der Vormieter hinterlässt. Dafür entfällt beim Auszug das Streichen oder andere Arbeiten – eine entspannte Regelung, die bisher super funktioniert.

Heizen mit Kohle
Unsere Wohnung und das gesamte Haus haben ihren ganz besonderen, charmanten Altbau-Charakter. Entweder man liebt es – oder es ist einfach nicht das Richtige. Im Winter heizen wir traditionell mit Kohle. Dafür bestellen wir jedes Jahr gemeinsam rund eine Tonne Kohle, deren Kosten wir gerecht untereinander aufteilen. Wichtig: Diese Heizkosten sind nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten!

Haustiere
Haustiere sind bei uns grundsätzlich willkommen! Falls du Hund, Katze oder ein anderes Tier mitbringen möchtest, lass uns einfach darüber sprechen, damit es für alle passt.

Rauchen
Derzeit ist Rauchen in den Zimmern und im Wohnzimmer erlaubt. Da wir großen Wert auf gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme legen, ist das aber ein Punkt, über den wir offen sprechen können, falls es dir wichtig ist.
