Hey we have two rooms in our WG from 01.07.2025. We are two students both males 28 and 26 years old studying both civil engineering in Biberach and would preferably be happy with students as roommates. The WG offers plenty of space a large kitchen with 30+ Qm an entrance hall equipped with shelves serving as a rump chamber and a large bathroom that offers enough space also to dry for laundry. Since we have been living there for 2 years, we are well equipped with everything you need to live. Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge all available. The apartment has a very good location, we are not directly in the old town but also not from the shot. Right next door there is a rewe of Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 24 pm, which is a total exception in Biberach. An Aldi branch is also within a 5-minute walk. The university needs exactly 10 minutes walk. The kitchen is very cozy and offers a great view into the adjacent forest piece.

Hey wir haben haben ab dem 01.07.2025 zwei Zimmer in unserer WG zu vergeben. Wir sind zwei Studenten beide Männlich 28 und 26 Jahre alt studieren beide Bauingenieurwesen in Biberach und würden uns vorzugsweise über Studenten als Mitbewohner freuen. Die WG bietet viel Platz eine große Küche mit 30+ Qm einen Vorraum der mit Regalen ausgestattet als Rumpelkammer dient und einem Großen Bad das genug platz auch zum Wäsche trocknen bietet. Da wir bereits seit gut 2 Jahren dort leben sind wir bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man zum leben braucht. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, wir sind nicht direkt in der Altstadt aber auch nicht ab vom Schuss. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Rewe der Montags bis Samstags von 7-24 Uhr geöffnet hat was in Biberach eine totale Ausnahme ist. Auch eine Aldi Filiale ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Hochschule braucht man genau 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Küche ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet einen tollen Blick in das angrenzende Waldstück hinein.
