Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert, kann vollmöbliert werden. Alle wichtigen Funktionen sind gegeben. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Tisch und Schränke, aber auch Raum für eigenes.
Vom großer Balkon nach Süden schweift der Blick vom der Benewand über den Herzogstand bis weit in den Westen, die Sonne läßt dort Kräuter, Salat und Tomaten dort reifen.
Ich bin sehr viel auf Reisen und möchte meine Wohnung gerne teilen.
Es sind die Kosten für die gesamte Wohnung angegeben. Deren Aufteilung ist Verhandlungssache. Auch die Befristung ist nicht in Stein gemeiselt. Ich würde mir aber eine Verweildauer bis zum Juli 2023 wünschen.
Wichtig ist mir die Wertschätzung guter Lebensmittel und ein ökologisch orientierter Umgang mit den Ressourcen.
