Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen Balkon. Es gibt auch einen Keller. Das Zimmer, das ich vermiete, ist ungefähr 15m2 groß (siehe Bilder) und damit etwas kleiner als das Zimmer, in dem ich wohne. Also, natürlich werde ich ein bisschen mehr bezahlen.
Die volle Miete beträgt 900 Euro Warmmiete, dazu kommen noch Strom und Internet. Mein derzeitiger Mitbewohner kümmert sich um diese Verträge. Aber er wird die Wohnung verlassen, also müssen wir neue Verträge abschließen. Die Miete für dich wäre also 425 + Anteil an Strom und Internet. ( ca. 50 Euro Strom und 40 Euro Internet, also jeweils 45 Euro ).

The appartment have two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and a balcony. There is also a cellar. The renting room is about 15m2 approximatly ( see pictures ) a bit smaller than the one that i'm in. So, of course i'm gonna pay a bit more.
The full rent is 900 euros Warmmiete, in extra there is electricity and internet. My current flatmate at the moment is taking in charge of those contracts. But he is the one leaving the flat, so we are gonna have to get new ones. So the rent for you would be 425 + share of electricity and internet ( approx. 50 euros electricity and 40 euros internet, So : 45 euros each ).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Rathaus. Sehr gut gelegen in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, mit Restaurant, Kaffeehaus und Supermarkt. Die Sparrenburg ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The flat is located near of the rathaus station. Very well located next to the city center, with restaurant, coffee store and supermarket. Sparrenburg is accessible in 15 min walk for a walk.
Ich bin Alexandre, Franzose, 27 Jahre alt. Ich arbeite jetzt seit 4 Jahren als Tänzer am Theater Bielefeld. Ich beginne meine 5. Saison im August. Im Allgemeinen bin ich eine ruhige Person, sauber, nicht viel ein großer Party-Typ, aber offen für Abendessen oder Kaffee-Chat, Filme, Kartenspiele etc gelegentlich. Ich spiele auch gerne Videospiele. Ich bin offen für gemeinsames Kochen und gemeinsame Abende, aber ich habe auch viel Respekt für unseren eigenen persönlichen Raum und Zeit. Ich spreche Englisch und Französisch, mein Deutsch ist nicht sehr gut im Moment, so wäre es vorzuziehen, in den oben genannten Sprachen zu kommunizieren. ABER, ich plane, Deutsch für meine Zukunft zu lernen, so vielleicht könnten wir einen guten Austausch haben :)

I'm Alexandre, french, 27 years old. I'm working as a dancer at the theater Bielefeld for 4 years now. I'm starting my 5th season in August. In general, i'm a quiet person, clean, not much a big party guy but open to dinner or coffee chat, movies, card games etc occasionally. I also like to play video games. Open to cook together and have some sharing evening, but i also have a lot of respect for our own personal space and time. I'm speaking English and french, my german is not very good at the moment, so it would be preferable to communicate in the above languages. BUT, i plan to learn german for my future, so maybe we could have a good exchange :)
