📍Lage:

Unsere WG liegt im Herzen von Mitte, einem der lebendigsten Viertel Bielefelds. Du bist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Ravensberger Park entfernt, und Cafés sowie Supermärkte sind gleich um die Ecke. Das lebhafte Stadtzentrum (z. B. Einkaufszentrum, Supermarkt und Apotheke) sowie mehrere Bushaltestellen und Bahnhöfe sind leicht zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Marktstraße ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von dort aus kannst du die Linie 4 direkt zur Universität nehmen.

🚉 Verkehrsanbindung:

Die Anbindung an die Stadt könnte nicht besser sein! Unsere Wohnung ist nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Dürkopp Tor 6 entfernt und weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Marktstraße oder Rathaus, die dich mit mehreren Straßenbahnlinien verbinden, um schnell in alle Teile Bielefelds zu gelangen.

Bus: Mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, die es einfach machen, jeden Winkel der Stadt zu erreichen.

Fahrradfreundlich: Bielefeld ist ein Paradies für Radfahrer, und unsere Nachbarschaft ist keine Ausnahme.

Egal, ob du zur Arbeit, zur Uni oder auf Entdeckungstour in der Stadt unterwegs bist – alles ist leicht zu erreichen.

📍 Location: Our WG is located in the heart of Mitte, one of Bielefeld’s most dynamic areas. You’ll be just a short walk from Ravensberger Park, with cafes and grocery stores right around the corner. The lively city centre (e.g., shopping mall, supermarket, and pharmacy) and sevral bus stops as well as rail stations are all within easy reach, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the Marketstrẞe rail station and take Line 4 directly to the university.

🚉 Transportation:
Getting around the city couldn’t be easier! Our apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Dürkopp Tor 6 Bahn Station, and a less 10-minute walk from Marktstraße or Rathaus Bahn Station, which all connect you to multiple tram lines so as to the rest of Bielefeld in no time.

Bus: Multiple bus stops nearby, making it easy to reach every corner of the city.

Bike-Friendly: Bielefeld is a cyclist’s paradise, and our neighborhood is no exception.

Whether you’re heading to work, university, or exploring the city, everything is within easy reach.

Gemeinschaftsräume:

Küche: Voll ausgestattet mit allem, was du zum Kochen brauchst (Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und viel Stauraum). Wir kochen gelegentlich zusammen, aber du kannst auch gerne alleine kochen.

Wohnzimmer: Ein gemütlicher Raum mit einer bequemen Couch und einem Tisch für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten oder Spieleabende.

Badezimmer: Sauber und modern, mit Dusche, Badewanne und viel Stauraum für alle.

Balkon: Unsere kleine Oase für sonnige Frühstücke oder entspannte Abende.

Arbeitszimmer: Ein Gemeinschaftsraum für Freizeit, Sport oder Musik.

Wenn du gerne Fahrrad fährst, gibt es im Keller und im Hof Stellplätze für Fahrräder. Der Hof bietet auch Parkplätze, eine kleine Wiese und Bänke zum Ausruhen und Sonnenbaden. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Trockenboden für deine Wäsche und zusätzlicher Stauraum.

👫 Deine Mitbewohnerinnen:

Du wirst mit Merisa und Lilly zusammenwohnen, einem freundlichen und unkomplizierten Duo.

Lilly (31): Sie arbeitet als Forscherin an der Conflict Academy der Universität Bielefeld. Sie pendelt zwischen Hamburg und Bielefeld und verbringt die meisten Wochenenden in Hamburg. Sie liebt lange Spaziergänge, Yoga, Musik und Zeit mit Freunden und Familie.

Merisa (30): Sie arbeitet als Psychotherapeutin. Sie ist außerdem viel im Theater und Poetry Slam aktiv und freut sich immer, neue Menschen kennenzulernen.

Wir legen Wert auf Respekt, Sauberkeit und offene Kommunikation und suchen jemanden, der diese Werte teilt. Was wir genießen:

1. Gemeinsames Kochen und Essen (aber kein Druck – du kannst auch alleine kochen!).
2. WG-Abende mit Gesprächen, Netflix oder Brettspielen.
3. Die Bielefelder Stadtkulisse erkunden.

Wir sind gesellig, respektieren aber auch die Privatsphäre des anderen. Egal, ob du extrovertiert, introvertiert oder irgendwo dazwischen bist – du wirst dich bei uns wohlfühlen!

Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm (oven, stove, microwave, fridge, and plenty of storage). We love cooking together occasionally, but you’re also free to do your own thing.

Living Room: A cozy space with a comfy couch and table for shared meals or game nights.

Bathroom: Clean and modern, with a shower, bathtub, and plenty of storage for everyone.

Balcony: Our little oasis for sunny breakfasts or evening chill sessions.

Working room: A shared room for leisure time, exercise or music.

If you like cycling, there are spaces for bicycles in the basement and in the courtyard. The courtyard also has parking spaces and a small lawn and benches for rest and sunbathing. There is a washing machine in the basement and a loft for drying clothes and storing your items.

👫 Your Flatmates:
You will live with Merisa and Lilly, a friendly and easy-going duo. Lilly, 31, works as a researcher at the Conflict Academy at the Bielefeld University. She lives between Hamburg and Bielefeld and spends most of her weekends in Hamburg. She loves long walks, yoga, music and spending time with friends and family. Merisa, 30, works as a psychotherapist. She is also doing a lot of theater and poetry slam, while being always happy to meet new people.

We value respect, cleanliness, and open communication, and we’re looking for someone who shares these values. We enjoy:
1. Cooking and sharing meals together (but no pressure—you do yours!)
2. WG nights with chatting or Netflix or board games
