Die Mietkosten betragen für die gesamte Wohnung warm mit Strom und Internet ca. 560€. Müsste dann durch 2 Personen geteilt werden.
Ich verlasse am 30.06.2012 mit schweren Herzen meine schöne Wohnung in Bielefeld. Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Detmolder Str. 115 A, 1. Etage und in Richtung Garten gelegen. Daher ist die Straße nicht zu hören. Die Anbindung zur Stadt ist ideal. Es sind lediglich 2 Minuten bis zur Haltestelle Mozartstraße und von dort aus 4-5 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Küche, Bad und einen Balkon. Zudem gibt es einen großen Kellerraum (~8m² mit großem Regal), eine Waschküche und einen Raum zum Wäsche trocknen. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung ~65m², einen echten Dielenboden und 3,40m hohe Decken. Ein sehr schöner Altbau. Das Haus ist ruhig und die Mieter über mir sind nicht zu hören.
Da alle Möbel in der Wohnung mir gehören, müssten neue Möbel mitgebracht werden.
Die Küche (Neuwert ~1800€) kann bei Interesse gekauft werden (VHB: 1500€).
Der Mietvertrag wäre dann zwischen dir und meiner Mitbewohnerin bzw. wenn du alle Möbel selber mitbringst, dann ist auch ein Untermietvertrag mit meiner Mitbewohnerin möglich.
