Anlässlich eines Auslandsaufenthalts wird mein helles 15qm-Zimmer zum 1.07.2013 frei (unbefristet). Es hat zwei große Fenster zur Straßen- bzw. Sonnenseite hin und wird zudem für Dich frisch vom Vermieter tapeziert werden. Auch das Bad wird noch vor Deinem Einzug renoviert. Die Warmmiete inklusive Telefon, Internet, Keller und Garage für Fahrräder kostet zusammen 256 Euro. Die Küche enthält alle nützlichen Geräte (Kühlschrank/Froster, Herd, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, etc.).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt: Supermärkte (Jibi, Lidl), Sparkasse, Hauptbahnhof, U-Bahn-Station "Wittekindstraße" (Line 3) und der berühmte Siegfriedplatz befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Uni erreichst Du mit dem Fahrrad in 15min.
Deine MitbwohnerInnen wären zwei Pädagogik-Studentinnen (25 und 26 Jahre). Beide sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und verstehen sich nicht als "Zweck-WG", müssen aber noch lange nicht alles zusammen machen.
