Unsere Wohnung ist 90qm groß, sehr hell und offen gestaltet.
Dein Zimmer ist 20qm groß, möbliert und verfügt über einen riesigen Wandschrank mit sehr viel Stauraum für jede Menge Klamotten! Ein großer Fernseher befindet sich dort ebenfalls drin.
Unsere sehr helle Altbauwohnung hat 90qm und befindet sich im wunderschönen Bielefelder Westen in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend.Die Lage ist auch super zentral.
Zur Altstadt läufst du circa acht Minuten und der Siegfriedplatz ist nur zehn min entfernt. Hier wäre auch deine nächste S-Bahn Station. Von dort aus bist du in fünf min in der Uni.
Die Buslinie 61/62 und 21 ist auch nur fünf min zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort sind es 2 Busstationen bis zum Jahnplatz.
Zum Hauptbahnhof oder in die Innenstadt läufst du 15 min zu Fuß.
Du würdest in einer 2er WG mit meinem Mitbewohner (27 Jahre alt, Architekturstudent) zusammen wohnen.
Wir suchen ein/e Zwischenmieter/in von Mitte September 2018 bis März 2019.
Die Miete beträgt 375 Euro.
Besichtigung der Wohnung nach Absprache. Diese kann ggf. auch etwas früher bezogen werden!
