Hallo Fremde/-r, wir heißen Arthur und Max und sind gerade dabei unser Jurastudium zu beenden. Du musst aber kein Jura studieren oder ein solches Studium anstreben, um einziehen zu können. Wir suchen zum/ab Mitte März 2020 eine umgängliche Person, die nicht zu unordentlich ist, aber auch nicht zu penibel - gesundes Mittelmaß eben.
Zur Sache:
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. Stock und liegt zur Straße hin. Die Schallisolierung der Fenster ist gut und die zwei Fensterseiten sorgen für eine gute Beleuchtung. Die Küche ist mittlerweile etwa sechs Jahre alt, in gutem Zustand und wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt, ebenso die Waschmaschine im Keller und das Kellerabteil.
Die WG verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Internet, Heizung und Strom sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
