Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohner/in.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 13 m² groß, (auf Wunsch - kostenlos) möbliert, hat ein eigenes Waschbecken mit Spiegel, das Fenster ist dank Renovierung nagelneu, sowie auch die Fassade und der Balkon. Unsere Wg liegt im 2. OG.
Zur WG gehören eine Gemeinschaftsküche (voll ausgestattet), zwei Toiletten, Dusche, ein großes Wohnzimmer (tisch+ Couchecke) mit Esstisch und ein sehr geräumiger frisch renovierter Balkon nach Süden (also Sonne von 10-22 Uhr), den wir uns mit der Nachbar-WG teilen.
Waschmaschinen und Trockner gibt's im Keller und kostet pro Waschgang 1,50€. Es gibt es einen Tischtennisraum, Partyraum, und genug Platz zum Flunkyball spielen.
Es gibt mehrere Fahrradständer vor und hinter dem Haus, auch überdacht, Parkplätze sind mehr als ausreichend und kostenfrei vorhanden.
