Großes & helles Zimmer in Uni-Wohnheim (mit eigenem bad)

Das Wohnheim befindet sich direkt auf dem Campus der Universität Bielefeld. Sämtliche Einrichtungen der Uni oder FH sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle "Bültmannshof" ist zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Von dort aus bist du in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt oder am Hauptbahnhof.
Es gibt einen Penny, einen Markant und einen Combi in ca. 5-10 Minuten Entfernung mit dem Fahrrad.

The student hostel is right on the campus of the university of Bielefeld. All facilities of the university or the university of applied sciences are reachable within a few minutes of walking. The Train Station "Bültmannshof" is also reachable in about 5 Minutes walking. From there you are in the city or at the main station within few minutes.
There is a Penny, Markant and a Combi supermarket in 5-10 Minutes biking distance.

Vermutlich zum 1.10. werden 2 der 3 Zimmer frei. Du würdest also zusammenleben mit mir (Paul) und einer weiteren Person, die wir dann zusammen aussuchen könnten.
Zu mir: Ich studiere bald im 5. Semester Gestaltung an der FH, bin deshalb gerne mal kreativ unterwegs und nähe relativ viel. Außerdem treibe ich gerne und viel Sport (ich liebe alles was mit Saltos zutun hat), mache gerne mal ein bisschen Musik, koche, lese, schaue Dokus oder genieße die Aussicht auf unserem Dach.
Ich würde mich freuen mal abends zusammen zu sitzen oder gemeinsam zu kochen. Insgesamt ist mir Ehrlichkeit und ein rücksichtsvolles Zusammenleben sehr wichtig. (keine Sorge, damit meine ich nicht, dass es abends um 10 Uhr ruhig sein soll oder so)
Ihsan ein geselliger und offener Mensch und freut sich darauf gemeinsam mit einer Mitbewohner/in zu kochen oder etwas zu unternehmen, alles unkompliziert und ohne Zwang.

Presumably 2 of the 3 rooms will be free for october. You would live together with me (Paul) and another person that we together could choose.
About me: I am studying Design and am sewing kind of a lot because of that. Apart from that I do a lot of sport (I love everything that has to do with saltos), sometimes I make a little music, cook something nice, reading, watching documentaries or enjoy the view from our roof.
I would be happy to sit together sometimes or cook something together. All in all honesty and consideration is important for me when living togehter. (dont worry, that doesnt mean we need silence at 10 pm or something)
Ihsan is a very sociable and open person and would be happy to cook or undertake something with her future roommates. Everything uncomplicated and without pressure.

Am Samstag 12. September sind wir beide hier vor Ort, dann könntest dir das Zimmer anschauen und uns kennenlernen.
