Das Wichtigste zuerst, das Zimmer wird ab dem 01.09 frei.
Die Kosten belaufen sich auf insgesamt 407€, mit allem drum und dran.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 100qm groß.
Dein Zukünftiges Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß, mit hoher Deck und durch das Dachfenster lichtdurchflutetet.
Ansonsten gibt es noch ein sehr großes Ess-und Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche (mit allem was man braucht) und sogar einen Abstellraum.
Die Lage könnte für Junge Leute besser nicht sein (meiner Meinung nach).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Arndtstraße. Der Siggi und damit auch die Bahnstation ist direkt um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Umkreis unzählige, genau so wie Bars und Clubs.
Dein Zukünftiger Mitbewohner bin ich, Moritz (26). Ich studiere im Master Sport und Englisch auf Lehramt.
Bin ansonsten locker drauf, sauber, treibe viel Sport, trinke gerne mal einen und höre öfters auch mal lauter Musik (ist im Haus kein Problem).
Wäre nice wenn du ebenfalls entspannt bist, nicht all zu viel Fleisch isst und sauber bist
