The house has 2 floors. This flat is on the ground-floor.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 small living room connecting to kitchen, 1 bathroom (1 bath + shower , 1 sink, 1 toilet), 1 big basement, 1 back-yard (suit for BBQ)
Furniture equipped by the landlord:
--1 equipped kitchen (4- electrical hotplates, 1 oven, cupboards, 1sink, 1 refrigerator),
--1 washing machine, 1 tumble-dryer
Renting price for 1 ROOM includes:
--the flat : 240 euro /month
--Nebenkosten (the furniture from the landlord ; water, gas for heating, fee for garbage disposal ,...) : 70 euro/month
--Electricity + Internet + ZDF/radio fee : depends on your consumption AND you need to register new contracts by yourself. (Currently I pay for ~ 70euro /month)
Free- parking: on the road in front of the flat
The landlord is very kind and quickly responses to your questions. She will inform the cost of water and gas once per year. Sometimes you can use her big green garden for morning coffee/ picking up fruits/playing on children yard.
