Hallo zusammen! 👋
Es gibt 2 freie Zimmer, die werden gerade renoviert, und du kannst eines auswählen. Das herausstechendste Merkmal unserer Wohnung sind die Hochbetten in unseren Zimmern, diese bleiben selbstverständlich, ansonsten sind die Zimmer unmöbliert.
Dusche und Toilette sind getrennt (bei mehre Leuten immer praktisch 😁), und die Küche ist relativ groß (Spülmaschine ist vorhanden).
Im Keller gibt ein einen Raum mit Waschmaschinen (jede Wohnung hat ihre eigene) und einen Trockenraum. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und zusätzlich haben wir noch ein eigenes Kellerabteil.
Die monatliche Miete ist 276€ für Zimmer 2 (ca. 16 qm), oder 258 für Zimmer 1 (ca. 13.5qm) inklusive Nebenkosten. Andere Kosten (Strom, Wlan, Rundfunk) betragen derzeit 59 € pro Person.

Hello everybody! 👋
There are two free rooms, that are being renovated at the moment, and you're free to choose either. The most outstanding feature of the WG are the bunk beds in the rooms, which stay here, and outside of those, the rooms are unfurnished.
Bathroom with shower and toilette are separate (which is always practical with more people 😁). The kitchen is relatively big (the dishwasher is provided).
In the basement we have out own washing machine (each apartment as one) and space to hang our clothes. There's space for bikes and we also have our own private cellar.
The monthly rent is 276€ for room 2 (around 16sqm), or 259€ for room 1 (13.5 sqm), including ancillary costs. Other costs (electricity, Internet, the GEZ) amount momentarily to 59€ for each of us.
Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Laufminuten vom Hauptbahnhof und von Stadtzentrum, der nächste Supermarkt (ein Combi) ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit der Bahn braucht insgesamt ca. 20 Minuten zur Uni, mit Fahrrad und Auto kommt es auch ungefähr auf diese 20 Minuten aus.
Solltest Du ein Auto gibt es eventuell die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz auf dem Hof anzumieten (~30€ im Monat) oder Du holst dir einen Anwohnerparkausweis (~30€ im Jahr), es gibt aber auch Parkplätze etwas
weiter die Straße runter wo man diesen Ausweis nicht braucht.

The house is about a 10-minute walk from the main train station and the city center, the nearest supermarket (a Combi) is less than 5 minutes away. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the university by train, and about 20 minutes by bike and car.
If you have a car, there may be the possibility to rent a parking space in the yard (~30€ per month) or you can get a resident parking permit (~30€ per year), but there are also some parking spaces
further down the street where you don't need this ID.
Zu deinem neuen Mitbewohner: Ich heiße Luigi (30) und ich komme aus Italien, ich bin Doktorand hier in Bielefeld und studiere Mathematik. Obwohl mein Deutsch noch nicht perfekt ist, habe ich Lust, das zu verbessern und wir können uns gerne auf Deutsch unterhalten - aber Englisch (oder ggf. Italienisch) ist leider derzeit notwendig.
Ich bin ein bisschen der "nerdige" Typ und verbringe meine Freizeit am liebsten mit Video Spielen oder Sport (hauptsächlich im UniFit), aber ich bin immer offen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten und hoffe auf eine freundliche Stimmung in der WG 😊

About your new flatmate: I'm Luigi (30) and I come from Italy, I'm a PhD student here in Bielefeld and I study math. Even though my German isn't perfect yet, I'm willing to improve and we can gladly talk in German - but some English (or Italian) is unfortunately still necessary.
I'm a bit the "nerd" type and spend my free time most likely at my desk playing video games, or exercising (mainly in UniFit), but I'm always open for activities together and I hope for a friendly environment in our WG 😊
Wir hatten einen wöchentlichen Putzplan und ich würde gerne einen behalten. Ich bin kein Maniac, aber Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig.
Rauchen: nicht in der Wohnung.
