ich biete ein Zimmer in einem Doppelhaus in direkter Uninähe an. Das Haus ist erst vor drei Jahren im Baugebiet Hof Hallau errichtet worden.
Im Haus leben meine Töchter (6 und 17 Jahre alt) und ich (männlich, 39 Jahre). Am Wochenende ist auch noch meine älteste Tochter (20 Jahre) da, die jetzt in Köln studiert. Sie wird im Haus in ein kleines Zimmer umziehen, so dass ich ihr schönes großes Zimmer als WG-Zimmer anbieten darf. Das Wohngebiet befindet sich in unmittelbarer Uninähe (zu Fuß zu erreichen) an der Endstation der Straßenbahnhalte 4. Die Wohnlage ist ruhig und sehr schön. Im gesamten Haus ist eine Fußbodenheizung verlegt.
Wir suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin, die zu uns passt und freuen uns auf Anfragen.
