From the front door you are in the green in a few minutes, to the right it goes up in forest to the TV tower, to the left you are in 2 to 3 km up at Sparrenburg. If you want to go to the city you need about by train. 5 minutes to the town hall, line 1 you'll see when you get out of the door. Walking to the city are just a few minutes. Quasi opposite you will find a huge market purchase, Penny and Aldi are also nearby. The apartment is located in a relatively quiet street, a few cars and trucks drive here however. To the rear, where your future room is also located, but it is very quiet and the road is zero to hear.

Aus der Haustür raus bist du in wenigen Minuten im Grünen, rechts geht's hoch in Wald zum Fernsehturm, links bist du in 2 bis 3 km oben an der Sparrenburg. Willst du in die Stadt brauchst du mit der Bahn ca. 5 Minuten zum Rathaus, die Linie 1 siehst du schon wenn du aus der Tür raus gehst. Zu Fuß in die Stadt sind auch nur ein paar Minuten. Quasi gegenüber findest du ein riesen Marktkauf, Penny und Aldi sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt in einer relativ ruhigen Straße, ein paar Autos und LKW fahren hier aber. Nach hinten, wo auch dein zukünftiges Zimmer liegt ist es aber sehr ruhig und die Straße ist null zu hören.

You will live with Jonathan and Lukas,
both are around 30. Jonathan is Azubi for
Physiotherapy and makes it summer
State exams. He has a great passion for
electronic music, it also makes itself and
is involved in the Bielefeld subculture.
Lukas studies economic engineering and works
Part-time at REWE. In his spare time he does a lot of sports,
whether racing bike, playing volleyball, to the
Bouldern, is hardly anything he does not
do. In winter it is also on snowboard
on the way.
Both like to spend time in the kitchen and cook
quite common. In summer you will also like
grilled.

Even though it should be self-evident:
We are an open and tolerant WG and value a respectful coexistence. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable regardless of origin, gender or sexual orientation!

Du wirst mit Jonathan und Lukas zusammen wohnen,
beide sind um die 30. Jonathan ist Azubi für
Physiotherapie und macht im Sommer sein
Staatsexamen. Er hat eine große Leidenschaft für
elektronische Musik, macht diese auch selbst und
engagiert sich viel in der Bielefelder Subkultur.
Lukas studiert Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und arbeitet
Teilzeit bei REWE. In seiner Freizeit macht er viel Sport,
ob Rennrad fahren, Volleyball spielen, bis hin zum
Bouldern, ist kaum etwas dabei was er nicht
macht. Im Winter ist er zudem auf dem Snowboard
unterwegs.
Beide verbringen gerne Zeit in der Küche und kochen
ziemlich häufig. Im Sommer wird auch gerne mal
gegrillt.

Auch wenn es eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte:
Wir sind eine offene und tolerante WG und legen Wert auf ein respektvolles Miteinander. Uns ist es wichtig, dass sich alle unabhängig von Herkunft, Geschlecht oder sexueller Orientierung wohlfühlen!

Here in the house are 2 more parties, there are still 2 families here that are very relaxed and if you have what we are connected via elne WhatsApp group. The apartment also includes 2 separate cellars and a common bicycle cellar. There is also a community garden to which we have direct access via the Terasse.


The discount payment includes the utensils of communal kitchen and living room as well as washing machine.

The rental price is an all inclusive rent. Included are electricity, gas, GEZ, internet and a small reserve for possible repayments.

The bed frame and the cabinet can be taken over without costs.

Hier im Haus sind noch 2 weitere Parteien, es wohnen noch 2 Familien hier, die sind sehr entspannt und wenn man mal was hat sind wir über elne WhatsApp-gruppe connected. Zu der Wohnung gehören noch 2 eigene Kellerräume und ein gemeinsamer Fahrradkeller. Außerdem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, zu dem wir über die Terasse direkten Zugang haben.


Die Abschlagszahlung beinhaltet die Utensielien der gemeinschaftliche Küche und des Wohnzimmers wie auch die Waschmaschine.

Der Mietpreis ist eine allinclusive Miete. Enthalten sind Strom, Gas, GEZ, Internet und eine kleine Rücklage für mögliche Rückzahlungen.

Das Bettgestell und der Schrank können Kostenfrei übernommen werden.
