dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 18,5 qm groß und rechtwinklig geschnitten. Dazu verfügt es über eine große Fensterfront, welche zur Straße hinauszeigt, aber diese ist verkehrsberuhigt. Zugleich ist dein Zimmer sonnig und hell, sodass du prima selbst oder deine Pflanzen Photosynthese betreiben lassen kannst. Entsprechend ist auch der dazugehörige Boden des Zimmers erdig dunkel und besteht aus dunklem Laminat, welches von einer Wand mit weißer Wandverkleidung aus Holz umsäumt wird, was wiederum im Farbverlauf gut ineinander überläuft.
Ansonsten besteht die gemeinsame Wohnung aus Flur, drei Einzelzimmern, Küche, Balkon und Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Zusätzlich teilen wir uns die Waschmaschine im Keller, welche inklusive ist und mit dir zusammen von insgesamt 5 Student*innen genutzt wird. Unser überdachter Balkon, von ca. 12 qm, bietet Ausblick auf den Garten. Leider dürfen wir den Garten nicht nutzen, aber dafür zahlen wir auch nicht für diesen. Zusätzlich haben wir auch einen überdachten Fahrradstellplatz und falls du ein Auto fährst, so kannst du dieses problemlos an der Koblenzer Straße parken.

Your future room is 18.5 square meters in size and has a rectangular shape. It also has a large window front facing the street, but it's in a traffic-calmed area. Additionally, your room is sunny and bright, perfect for yourself or your plants to carry out photosynthesis. Accordingly, the floor of the room is dark earthy and consists of dark laminate, bordered by a wall with white wooden paneling that transitions smoothly in color.
Otherwise, the shared apartment includes a hallway, three single rooms, kitchen, balcony, and bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, we share the washing machine in the basement, which is included and will be used by a total of 5 students, including you. Our covered balcony, approximately 12 square meters, overlooks the garden. Unfortunately, we're not allowed to use the garden, but we also don't pay for it. Additionally, we have a covered bicycle parking space, and if you have a car, you can easily park it on Koblenzer Straße.
Die WG liegt an einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße und ist umgeben von den Grünstreifen des unmittelbaren Gellershagener Parks. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die Universität/Fachhochschule sind gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Alternativ gehst du ca. 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle (Linie 31) mit ca. 5 Minuten Fahrzeit bis zur Universität oder kommst fußläufig innerhalb von 8 Minuten zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 3). Insgesamt hast du hier eine ruhige und grüne Lage mit guter Anbindung.

The shared apartment is located on a traffic-calmed street and is surrounded by the greenery of the nearby Gellershagen Park. Several shopping opportunities as well as the university/college are easily reachable by bicycle. Alternatively, you can walk approximately 5 minutes to the bus stop (Line 31) with a 5-minute ride to the university, or you can walk within 8 minutes to the tram stop (Line 3). Overall, you have a quiet and green location here with good connections.
Hallo, mein Name ist Celina (22) und ich studiere an der Universität Bielefeld auf Lehramt. Meine Fächer sind Englisch und Pädagogik. Ich bin eine zurückhaltende Person, aber wenn es ums Lesen geht und vor allem und Fantasy-Bücher werde ich sehr leidenschaftlich. Ich schreibe auch selbst gerne Geschichten und Gedichte. Ich mache viel Sport. Mein Musikgeschmack umfasst eigentlich alles. Falls unsere WG deinen Geschmack trifft, dann freue ich mich darauf dich kennenzulernen.
Hello du noch unbekanntes Menschlein,
unter Freuden heiße ich Gem und bin 28 Jahre alt. Neben meinem Masterstudium bin ich im politischen/pädagogischen Bereich freiberuflich tätig und teile meine Zeit gerne mit Herzensmenschen oder verbringe diese mit Lernen, Lesen, Bewegung (viel Tanz), in der Natur oder Spiel und ernähre mich pseudo-vegan.
Wir wohnen nun seit November miteinander und finden gerne beim Quatschen, Essen, Kochen und hier und da mal einer gemeinsamen Unternehmung zusammen. Spannend, welche gemeinsame Schnittstellen du mit uns als WG und so auch als Einzelpersonen finden wirst :)
Für unser WG-Leben pflegen wir einen gemeinsamen Normen- und Werterahmen, welcher uns wichtig ist. Den herzlichen und wohlwollenden Umgang miteinander. Die offene und transparente Kommunikation untereinander. Wie auch ein freiheitsliebender und sich teils spontan ergebender Umgang miteinander.
