Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Begehbaren Kleiderschrank (voll ausgestattet, dieser bleibt auch eingebaut) mit ca. 160x180cm Fläche. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Doppelfenster, es ist sehr hell und sehr ruhig.
Es handelt sich hier um eine 2er WG mit zwei Räumen, voll ausgestatteter Küche und Bad mit Badewanne. Internet ist selbstverständlich inklusive. Im Zimmer gibt es einen TV-Kabelanschluss.
Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein 7-Stöckiges Gebäude, die Wohnung ist ganz oben und mit dem Fahrstuhl bis in den 6. Stock erreichbar.
Die Wohnung und das gesamte Haus wurden komplett saniert, sind also sehr modern ausgestattet.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist ca. eine Gehminute entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 15 min. fußläufig oder 10 min. mit dem Bus erreichbar. Man ist mit dem Bus in 10 min. am Jahnplatz, Busse fahren im 10 min.-Takt.
Die Uni ist nur 10 min. zu Fuß entfernt, ca. 5 min. mit dem Fahrrad.
Mein Hund (3 Jahre, wohlerzogen, freundlich und vor allem ruhig) und ich suchen eine/n Zuverlässige/n WG-Partner/in. Du solltest Nichtraucher und nach Möglichkeit nicht jünger als 25 sein. Vor allem solltest du nichts gegen Hundehaare haben, davon gibt es hier massig :-P (Obwohl wir uns um das Gegenteil bemühen).
Ich bin normalerweise Tagsüber von 8 bis 20 Uhr außer Haus, komme aber öfter nach Hause, um meinen Hund zu bespaßen, insofern hättest du deine Ruhe.
