-die Wohnheimkneipe "Tiefenrausch" mit Kickertisch und regelmäßiger Pokerrunde im Nachbarhaus
-das Dornberger Freibad in 5 Minuten Entfernung
-der Dornberger Auenpark direkt vor der Haustür
