Hello, It’s Nilay. I’m master’s student at Uni Bielefeld. I'm looking for someone who needs a temporary place to live as I'll be visiting my home country for about six weeks. What’s important for me to have someone who promises to keep my room clean and tidy.
The room is fully furnished. I have one small wardrobe and clothes rail that you can use for hanging or keeping your clothes. I have one desk, make up desk, small drawer, mirrors and one size bed. So everything you need will be there in the room (You should bring your own bed sheets). Since, I am leaving the flat for only about six weeks, some furnitures won’t be fully empty but I will leave some space for your stuff after agreeing on your stay.
The flat itself is fully furnished too as you can see from the pictures and we have washing machine in the bathroom. I will leave some space in my kitchen and bathroom shelves as well so that you can store your products there.

Hallo, hier ist Nilay. Ich bin Masterstudent an der Uni Bielefeld. Ich suche jemanden, der eine vorübergehende Bleibe braucht, da ich für etwa sechs Wochen mein Heimatland besuche. Für mich ist es wichtig, jemanden zu haben, der verspricht, mein Zimmer sauber und ordentlich zu halten.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Ich habe einen kleinen Kleiderschrank und eine Kleiderstange, die Sie zum Aufhängen oder Aufbewahren Ihrer Kleidung verwenden können. Ich habe einen Schreibtisch, einen Schminktisch, eine kleine Schublade, Spiegel und ein Einheitsbett. So ist alles, was Sie brauchen, im Zimmer vorhanden (Sie sollten Ihre eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen). Da ich die Wohnung nur für etwa sechs Wochen verlasse, werden einige Möbel nicht vollständig leer sein, aber ich werde nach der Zustimmung zu Ihrem Aufenthalt etwas Platz für Ihre Sachen lassen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ebenfalls komplett möbliert, wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können, und wir haben eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer. Ich werde auch in meinen Küchen- und Badezimmerregalen etwas Platz lassen, damit Sie Ihre Produkte dort aufbewahren können.
The apartment is centrally located, there are two supermarkets near the dormitory (aldi and edeka) you have Späti right across the street. The tram and train station are also super close (six and ten minutes by foot).

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, es gibt zwei Supermärkte in der Nähe des Wohnheims (Aldi und Edeka), Späti gibt es direkt gegenüber. Auch die Straßenbahn und der Bahnhof liegen ganz in der Nähe (sechs bzw. zehn Minuten zu Fuß).
My roommates Lotte(21) and Leo(23) are super friendly and easygoing people. They both are doing their bachelors at Uni Bielefeld. They are up for dinner nights, especially they love Asian cuisine.

Monthly rent is 315 euro. Depending on your stay, I will charge you more or less than this amount but I prefer someone who can stay at the flat at least for 4 weeks and can pay me at least 315 euro in advance (couple of days before your stay). As I mentioned earlier, I value hygiene and tidiness in my room and I expect you to respect this rule. Also, for the flat itself, we have weekly cleaning schedule that everyone is responsible of one particular area of the flat on a weekly basis (common area, kitchen or bathroom). Die monatliche Miete beträgt 315 Euro. Abhängig von Ihrem Aufenthalt werde ich Ihnen mehr oder weniger als diesen Betrag in Rechnung stellen, aber ich bevorzuge jemanden, der in der Wohnung mindestens für 4 Wochen bleiben kann und kann mir mindestens 315 Euro im Voraus (ein paar Tage vor Ihrem Aufenthalt) zu zahlen. Wie ich bereits erwähnt habe, lege ich Wert auf Hygiene und Sauberkeit in meinem Zimmer und erwarte, dass Sie diese Regel respektieren. Auch für die Wohnung selbst, haben wir wöchentliche Reinigung Zeitplan, dass jeder ist verantwortlich für einen bestimmten Bereich der Wohnung auf einer wöchentlichen Basis (Gemeinschaftsraum, Küche oder Bad).
