Wir zwei, Sven und Lennart (23 u. 22) suchen zum 01.08. einen neuen und tollen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin. Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum der Stadt, es ist also wirklich immer alles flott zu erreichen. Zu uns beiden, wir studieren beide Soziologie und sind ansonsten vielfältig verwendbar. Sven ist sehr sauber und Lennart auch ein bißchen (man kann es mit uns wirklich aushalten). Da wir uns schon kennen sind wir auch sehr daran interessiert jemanden zu finden der es nicht nur auf eine reine Zweck Wg auslegt. Es ist wirklich ganz toll mit uns zu wohnen!
Achja der Preis ist das was maximal am ende rumkommt, sind da noch in Verhandlungen mit dem Vermieter. In den Nebenkosten sind Strom, Internet und Telefon schon drin, außerdem noch ein Anteil an unserer Leidenschaft, unserem Premiere Fussball Abo.
