3 WG in the O-Kiste seeks two new roommates :) (looking for two new flatmates) 3er WG in der O-Kiste sucht zwei neue Mitbewohner*innen :) (looking for two new flatmates)

The WG is in the O-Kiste in the city center and thus directly above an Aldi and Edeka. You are in 5 minutes in town and can shop, dinate, drink coffee or beer. To the HBF you need 8-10 minutes, to the next street bahm 5 and to the bus only 3 minutes. The uni is also available in 10-15 minutes by bike. In front of the Edeka and Aldi are parking spaces that I believe can also be used as a permanent parker.



We`re located right above an Aldi and Edeka, have numerous bars and restraurants around the corner and are very well connected to public transport too. You can walk to the HBF in about 8 minutes and to the next tram station in 5, next bus in just 3. There is thus a big parking space for the Edeka and Aldi which you can use as a resident.

Die WG ist in der O-Kiste in der Stadtmitte und damit direkt über einem Aldi und Edeka. Ihr seid in 5 minuten in der Stadt und könnt shoppen, dinieren, Kaffe oder Bier trinken. Zum HBF braucht man 8-10 minuten, zur nächsten Straßenbahm 5 und zum Bus nur 3 minuten. Zur uni kommt man mit dem Fahrrad auch in 10-15 Minuten. Vor dem Edeka und Aldi sind Parkplätze die man glaube ich auch als dauerparker nutzen kann.

I am 21 and I study literature and English. I play in the theatre, read and write like and would say I am a fairly open person (even if I like to have some order in the kitchen and so) I cook 2-3 times a week but I'm often gone on weekends. Otherwise, I'd be open to some business or drink a wine on the balcony or something.

Because two people can re-enter the WG, we can make it a bit new, I am both for a halfway purpose and a friendly WG to have, the main thing is that you are acceptable and not Nazis :))

Since were gonna be a fresh mix of people we can decide on the type of wg we want and I am open for both a casual small-talk child of wg as well as going drinking together on the weekend or playing boardgames, cooking together – as long as you are nice and open and not right-wing (that includes the CDU too) well probably get along.

Ich bin 21 und studiere Literaturwissenschaften und Englisch. Ich spiele im Theater, lese und schreibe gerne und würde sagen ich bin ein ziemlich offener Mensch (auch wenn ich schon gerne etwas Ordnung in der Küche und so hätte) Ich Koche 2-3 mal die Woche bin aber auch öfter am Wochenende weg. Sonst wäre ich auch offen mal etwas zusammen zu unternehmen oder auf dem Balkon einen Wein zu trinken oder so.

Weil ja zwei Leute neu einziehen können wir das WG leben so ein bisschen neu gestalten, ich bin sowohl für eine halbwegs zweck wg wie auch eine freundschaftliche WG zu haben, die hauptsache ist das ihr aktzeptant seid und keine Nazis :))

The rental is warm and also includes the internet. Since the apartment runs over the Studierendenwerk you have to apply for a residence permit, but this is going pretty fast and I am happy to help you.
