Wir sind 3 lebenslustige Studenten:
Ronny, 23, Produktentwicklung; Stefan, 25, VWL; Johnny, 27, Pädagogik
Wir führen eine lockere WG mit allem was dazu gehört (keine Zweck-WG): Bierchen, kochen, Spieleabend, etc...
Deswegen solltest du Spaß am WG-leben haben (denn hier im Wohnheim ist IMMER was los ;-)) und bitte kein "Dreckspatz" :-)
In der WG ist alles enthalten was man so zum überleben braucht: Genug Platz, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Gästebett, Internet-Flat, Balkon, ...
außerdem sind wir top ausgestattet mit Beamer, Wii, Xbox, Sofaecke usw...
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral:
in 5 min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, am Hauptbahnhof, und in 10 min mit der Bahn in der Uni.
Im Mietpreis von 244 Eur ist alles inbegriffen, es kommen keine weiteren Kosten dazu.
Über Ein- und Auszugstermin kann man noch sprechen, ich bin da (relativ) flexibel.
