Hallo ihr Suchenden,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein helles Zimmer in meiner netten WG.
Die Wohnung ist ein sanierter Altbau mit schön hohen Decken und Laminat in Holzoptik, einer großen Küche mit Sitzecke und einem sehr großen Bad mit Badewanne.
Das 12m² große Zimmer hat eine schöne große Fensterfront mit tollem Blick auf die nachts beleuchtete Stadthalle.
Zum Bahnhof sind es 2Gehminuten, zur U-Bahn 30 Sekunden (mit direkter Anbindung an die Uni), in die Innenstadt 4 Minuten - zentraler geht es gar nicht. :)
DSL- und Telefonflatrate, Strom + Warmwasser sind in den ca. 225€ enthalten.
Schreibt mir bei Interesse oder ruft am besten direkt meine Mitbewohnerinnen an um einen Termin zu vereinbaren!
