Hallo zusammen,
ich bin 24 Jahre alt, studiere an der FH Bielefeld und suche zum 01.09 (ggf. auch 01.10) eine neue Mitbewohnerin, da mein Mitbewohner leider mit seiner Liebsten zusammen zieht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage direkt am Kesselbrink, zu Fuß nur drei Minuten in die Stadt und zum Jahnplatz, dort findest du Anschluss an alle Bus- und Bahnlinien. Zur Uni sind es dann noch mal 10min Bahnfahrt. Die Altbauwohnung verfügt insgesamt über 80 m², Dielenboden und super hohe Wände. Die riesige Wohnküche ist komplett ausgestattet, auch mit Spülmaschine ;-). Im Bad befinden sich sowohl Waschmaschine wie auch Trockner zur Mitbenutzung! Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein Kellerraum und ein eigener Parkplatz.
