Ich such eine Mitbewohnerin für meine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung. insgesamt ist sie 72qm groß. Wir haben eine schöne große Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke und Balkon (Südost) und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.
Dein eigenes Zimmer ist 11qm groß und ziemlich quadratisch.
Das Bad mit Wanne hat ein großes Fenster.
Elektrogeräte (außer Mikrowelle) sind komplett vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt östlich im Stadtteil Mitte. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle (3) liegt direkt um die Ecke und es sind nur 4 Haltestellen bis zum Rathaus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es mehrere (Rewe, Edeka, Netto, Lidl, Real) alle in 9-15min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Mit der Bahn sind es 7min zum Jahnplatz und 22min zur Uni.
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und im 2. Lehrjahr zur Medizinischen Fachangestellten. Ich freue mich auf eine WG in der man viel zusammen machen kann, aber auch seine Ruhe findet, wenn man sie braucht.
In meiner Freizeit treffe ich gerne Freunde, mache viel Musik (http://www.1-hope.de/), bin in meiner Gemeinde aktiv (Hoffnungskirche) oder gehe aus.
Ich koche sehr gerne und freue mich auch mit dir zusammen zu kochen.
