Hallo lieber Zwischenmieter! Da ich für 3 Monate ein Praktikum im Süden Dtls mache, wartet hier in Bielefeld ein schönes Zimmer mit unschlagbarer Lage auf dich. Möbeliert ist das Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, zwei Regalen und einem Kleiderschrank. Mit 22 qm ist das Zimmer ziemlich groß - hat auch einen Balkon, dafür die gesamte Wohnung (Bad, Küche) etwas klein. Ich wohne hier aber schon zwei Jahre und mag die Wohnung!
10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, 8 Min zur großen Einkaufsstrasse, 7 Min zum Sigfriedplatz (mit Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt zur Uni), wenige Minuten zum Lidl, Aldi u Edeka. Das gesamte Viertel ist zentral, ohne störenden Disko-Lärm, und es gibt viele kleine Cafés.
Meine Mitbewohnerin macht gerade ihren Master im Lehramt Germanistik und Geschichte und ist voll nett und nicht auf den Mund gefallen ;) Wir sind eine ruhige WG mit Kochabenden oder gemütlichem Quatschen.
