Wir (Markus und Klaus) suchen ab sofort eine/n nette/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für ein 16 qm Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG.
Unsere Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt, nahe Landgericht, Bunker Ulmenwall und Sparrenburg, die Haltestelle Landgericht ist in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, zum Jahnplatz sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 min.
Dein Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus und ist daher schön ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. Es verfügt über 2 große Wandschränke, die in die Dachschräge eingearbeitet sind. Es ist sehr gemütlich verwinkelt und hat ca. 16 qm. In eine große Nische (ca. 2 x 2 m) ist ein stabiles Hochbett eingebaut. Bei Bedarf hätten wir auch einige Möbel übrig (Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Luftmatratze).
Wir sind tendenziell eher eine Zweck-WG, was aber nicht in Stein gemeißelt ist. In jedem Fall ist uns wichtig, dass man gut miteinader klarkommt. Wenn du schon etwas WG-Erfahrung hast, dann freuen wir uns, wenn du dich meldest!
