Das Zimmer ist 15m² groß, hat ein Fenster und eine Tür zum Balkon. Es ist rechteckig geschnitten und hell. Die Wohnung ist eher klein und gemütlich bietet aber alles, was man so zum Leben braucht.
Die Miete beträgt inklusive aller Nebenkosten ca. 225€ hinzu kommen nur noch 15€ fürs Telefon und Internet.
Das Zimmer wird von der BGW vermietet, d.h. ihr müsst Student sein, kommt her und guckt euch das Zimmer an und müsst euch dann bei der BGW melden und vorstellen. Die entscheiden dann ob ihr das Zimmer bekommt oder nicht... Hat bis jetzt aber immer geklappt ;)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage.
Der Bahnhof ist ebenso wie der Siggi in 5 minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Lidl, Edeka und Aldi sind in ca. 3 minuten erreichbar.
Ich heiße Hanna, bin 23 Jahre alt und studiere im ersten Mastersemester Erziehungswissenschaften. Im Bachelor habe ich Mathe und Physik auf Grund-Haupt-Realschullehramt studiert.
