Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen in andere Stadt umziehe, wird ab 01.06.2013 ein schönes Zimmer in einer netten 3erWG frei.
Das Zimmer hat knappe 30 qm. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 96 qm. Es gibt auch ein Kellerraum, der ca. 16 qm hat. Zur Mitbenutzung gibt es ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer (22 qm), eine Küche und ein Badezimmer.
Die Warmiete beträgt 330,27 € all incl. Dazu würde eine Kaution von nochmal knapp 340 € kommen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich hinter dem Jahnplatz, gegenüber des Bernsteins.
Bis zur Stadtbahn Haltestelle Jahnplatz (alle Linien) sind es 1 Minute Fußweg.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Du würdest mit 2 weiteren Männern zusammen wohnen. Daniel und Johannes. Daniel ist 28 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Systemgastronom. Johannes ist 23 Jahre alt und Studiert erneuerbare Energien. Die beiden sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.
