Hallo!
Da ich ein Auslandsjahr mache, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein wunderschönes Zimmer im Ehlentruper Weg (ich werde danach aber nicht zurück in die Wohnung ziehen, also unbefristet). Es ist 15qm groß und sehr hell, da nachmittags die Sonne direkt ins Zimmer scheint.
In der WG wird noch ein Zimmer (12qm) frei, daher wäre es perfekt, wenn 2 Leute einziehen würden die sich schon kennen und zusammen ziehen wollen.
Die Lage ist perfekt; stadtnah, aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Straßenbahn Station ist 5 minuten enfernt, Supermärkte wie Jibi, Rewe und Real sind auch schnell erreicht. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man innerhalb von 5 Minuten in die Stadt. Ein großer Garten steht zur Verfügung und im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich nette, junge Leute.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist sehr unkompliziert und gelassen. Sie kommt aus Italien und kocht immer lecker ;)
