Da meine liebe Mitbewohnerin nun zum nächsten Semester ausziehen muss, suche ich zum 1.9. eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für eine 2er WG in einer toller Altbauwohnung direkt am Siggi.
Dich erwartet ein wunderschönes, 15qm großes, helles Zimmer mit neuem Laminatfußboden. Die Wohnung ist ca. 60 qm groß und hat ein gefliestes Bad mit Badewanne und eine große Wohnküche.
Die U-Bahn Station ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt und auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 5 Minuten an der Uni, am Jahnplatz, beim Oetker-Park oder am Bahnhof. Netto, Aldi und Lidl sind auch direkt um die Ecke, da muss man sich also auch keine Gedanken machen ;-)
Kurz zu mir: Ich promoviere an der Uni, bin musik- und sportbegeistert und würde mich als relativ entspannt bezeichnen.
