Schönes helles Zimmer mit Teppichboden, weißen Wänden und einer Holzdecke ist zum 01.02 bereit von dir bezogen zu werden. Es ist gut geschnitten, daher solltest du keine Probleme haben alle deine Sachen unterzubringen ;)
Unsere Wohnung liegt am Rande der Innenstadt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind innerhlab von 5-10 min erreichbar. Zur Uni sind es ca. 20 min fahrt und auch zum Rathaus und somit in die Innenstadt brauch man nur 15 min zu Fuß. In der nahen Umgebung sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Edeke, Real, Lidl und Netto. Alle sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
In unserer WG herrscht immer ein harmonisches Zusammenleben. Oft trifft man sich in der geräumigen Küche oder man klopft einfach mal neben an ;) Wenn man seine Ruhe haben will ist das auch kein Problem. Unsere Wohnung bietet mit ihren 106 m² genug platz. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Spülmaschine, die tolle Badewanne in unserem hellen Badezimmer und die Waschmaschine im Keller ;)
Bevor ichs vergesse, zum Zimmer kommen noch einmal 36 Euro kosten für Strom, Internet, Telefon dazu.
