Wir suchen neuen Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3er WG. Das Zimmer ist 13qm groß und kostet warm 250€. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 90 qm, keinen wirklichen Gemeinschaftsraum, aber eine schöne, geräumige Küche mit Spülmaschine.
Das Bad wird Anfang Juni komplett renoviert, da freuen wir uns schon :)
Wir wohnen in Innenstadt-Lage und brauchen 2-3 Minuten zur Rathausstation.
Ich (W24) wohne seit fast 2 Jahren in der Altbauwohnung. Das letzte Jahr haben wir zu zweit hier gewohnt, jedoch soll wieder eine 3er WG entstehen. Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht aus verschiedenen Gründen zum 01.06. aus. Es ziehen also 2 neue Mitbewohner ein, sodass eine neue WG-Konstellation entsteht.
Wir sind jetzt schon zu zweit (M 21) und ich. Wir sind Studenten, er Maschinenbau und ich auf Lehramt. Dies soll keine Zweck-WG werden, ab und an isst man zusammen oder sitzt gesellig in der Küche. Jeder sollte allerdings auch gut allein zu recht kommen.
