Unsere Wohnung (im 5. Stock, leider ohne Aufzug, aber das hält ja fit) hat drei WG-Zimmer sowie Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit, Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster, eine Abstellkammer (wo auch unsere Waschmaschine steht) und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und TV. Dein Zimmer ist 14qm, hell und mit Blick Richtung City.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Bielefelder Altstadt (Fußgängerzone, Nähe Jahnplatz). Trotz der zentralen Lage ist wenig Straßenlärm zu hören. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar, z.B. Nahkauf oder Edeka/Aldi an der Orangenkiste.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und würden uns daher über einen Mitbewohner / eine Mitbewohnerin freuen, der / die mal mit uns kocht, Bierchen trinkt, Xbox spielt oder feiern geht... :) Wir sind eine Studentin und eine Berufstätige und müssen täglich (früh) aufstehen. Da wir uns in unserem Heim wohlfühlen wollen, gibt es einen wöchentlichen Putzplan.
