Es ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus. Das unmöblierte Zimmer ist ungefähr 16 qm gross, hat hellen Laminat Boden und ein grosses zentrales Fenster was es gross wirken lässt und schön hell macht. Das Bad hat Fenster und Wanne. Eine ausgestattete Küche in der regelmässig gekocht wird ist auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist nur ungefähr 15 Min zu Fuss vom Jahnplatz entfernt. Die nächste S-Bahn Haltestelle ist nur 2 Fussminuten entfernt. Insgesamt ist die Lage also sehr zentral. Zwei Bäcker und Supermärkte (Rewe und Real) sind gleich um die Ecke, sowie Pizzerien und Eisdiele. Auch direkt nebenan ist ein grosser Park wo man sehr gut laufen kann.
Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in weil ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, sonst würde ich hierbleiben. Die beiden Mitbewohner sind supernett und umgänglich und suchen jemanden der offen, ehrlich und unkompliziert wie sie ist. Die beiden (Sarah und Lennart) sind berufstätig was das Leben in der WG generell sehr ruhig macht. Fröhlichkeit und Lockerheit sind aber trotzdem sehr erwünscht :)
