Dear people interested in our WG,
We are searching for a new flatmate from April on. I’m moving out and you’ll be living with Nico (32, Accountant) and Torge (34, product designer). Our flat is spacious and lies directly by the Ravensberger Park. There’s everything one needs (like washing machine, kitchen equipment and so on). The flat is central, there’s like 5 supermarkets around, bus stop at the door and Stadtbahn (Dürkopp Tor 6) nearby.
Free car parking is rather difficult here, but there is a parking garage at Ravensberger Park (2 minute walk) with monthly tickets for 20€.
We have a quite harmonious life. Usuallly we eat together in the evening, sometimes go to the movies or watch something at the living room (we have a projector!). Both Nico and Torge are easy going and interested in doing things together. During the week, though, they go to bed early in order to have a good start in their day :D
The room has 18m², parqet floor. I’d like to sell the curtains and I’m also interested in selling some furniture (wardrobe, dresser, shelf).

Liebe Interessierte an unserer WG,
wir suchen ab April eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner. Ich ziehe aus und Du wohnst dann mit Nico (32, Buchhalter) und Torge (34, Produktdesigner) zusammen. Unsere Wohnung ist geräumig und liegt direkt am Ravensberger Park. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht (wie Waschmaschine, Küchenausstattung und so weiter). Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, es gibt ca. 5 Supermärkte in der Nähe, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür und Stadtbahn (Dürkopp Tor 6) in der Nähe. Kostenloses Parken ist hier eher schlecht, es gibt jedoch ein Parkhaus am Ravensberger Park (2min zu Fuß) mit Monatstickets für 20€.
Wir haben ein recht harmonisches Leben. Meistens essen wir abends zusammen, manchmal gehen wir ins Kino oder schauen uns etwas im Wohnzimmer an (wir haben einen Beamer!). Nico und Torge sind beide unkompliziert und an gemeinsamen Freizeitaktivitäten interessiert. Unter der Woche gehen sie allerdings früh ins Bett, um einen guten Start in den Tag zu haben :D
Das Zimmer hat 18m² mit Parkettboden. Ich würde gerne die Vorhänge verkaufen und bin auch daran interessiert, einige Möbel (Schrank, Kommode, Regal) zu verkaufen.
