mein Name ist Ben, ich bin 24 und möchte evtl. eine WG gründen. Hierfür möchte ich ein ganzes Haus,am besten ein schicker renovierter Altbau im Innenstadtbereich mieten. Diesen am besten mit Garten und großen Gemeinschaftsräumen. Alle Annähmlichkeiten wie Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Wohnküche,DSL und Telefon, Kicker usw sollten in diesem Haus nicht fehlen.
Es kann ruhig Platz bieten für ca. 12 Personen. Mit einer Zimmergröße von 18qm für ca.250 Euro sollte jeder zurecht kommen. Wer hat Interesse? Bitte meldet euch am besten per Mail bei mir und teilt mir eure Telefonnummer mit, ich rufe dann zurück!!!Freue mich schon auf Antworten!
