Das 12 qm große helle Zimmer liegt in einer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Hochparterre. 2 Zimmer der Wohnung werden als WG vermietet, das dritte Zimmer wird von mir (Vermieterin) genutzt (ich bin nicht die ganze Zeit da).
Die Wohnung ist zum großen Teil frisch renoviert, die Küche ist neu, das Bad ist weiß gefliest, die Abstellräume bieten viel Stauraum.
Unschlagbare Lage:
Bürgerpark, Siggi, Schüco-Arena, Oetkerhalle in unmittelbarer Nähe, 3 Lebensmittelgeschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen, Stadtbahnlinie 3 und 4 und Bus 25/26 nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Den Teuto erreicht man in 10 min, Uni und FH sind auch durch den Park mit dem Rad schnell zu erreichen.
Aktuell sind beide WG-Zimmer noch nicht vermietet. Das dritte Zimmer ist mein Gäste- und Hobbyraum, ich wohne in der Nachbarwohnung. Ich arbeite als Ärztin im Krankenhaus, treibe gerne Sport und bin eine verträgliche und nette Nachbarin.
Ich freue mich auf zwei nette Studentinnen, die ihr ganz eigenes WG-Leben miteinander führen. Die Hausgemeinschaft pflegt ein gutes Miteinander und schätzt einen rücksichtsvollen Umgang.
