Hi,
Ich suche zum 1.10. einen Nachmieter für mein ca. 32qm großes Zimmer in meiner 6er WG. Im Zimmer ist ein Hochbett integriert, welches ich allerdings als "Abstellraum" nutze.
Die 3 großen Fenster machen das Zimmer schön hell.
Durch den Teppich und die neuen Türen sind die Zimmer wirklich sehr ruhig, man kann sich gut zurückziehen auch wenn sich noch Leute in den Gemeinschaftsräumen aufhalten.
Die Vorhänge und das Hochbett habe ich vom Vormieter übernommen bleiben im Zimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen Bielefelds in der Nähe des Kesselbrinks und des Ravensberger Parks.
Die nächste Stadtbahnhaltestelle ist "Rathaus", Buslinien sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Altstadt ist fussläufig, Kneipen und Supermärkte sind direkt im die Ecke.
Das WG Leben ist sehr unkompliziert und tolerant, im Grunde kannst du hier machen was du willst.
Es wäre allerdings schön, wenn du dich am WG Leben beteiligst, da dies keine Zweck-WG ist.
Einmal in der Woche kommt eine Putzfrau und reinigt alle Gemeinschaftsräume (Badezimmer, Küche, Flure, Wohnzimmer)
Haustiere bitte nur Kleintiere, die im Zimmer bleiben
