Frei wird ein 23 m² Zimmer. Es ist hell und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den Johannisberg.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Badewanne und ein zweites Bad. In der Küche stehen Spül- und Waschmaschine. Gekocht wird mit Gas. Wir haben eine Vorratskammer und einen Keller.

We are looking for 1 more flatmate for 1st January 2022.
A 23 m² room will be available. It is very bright and offers a great view of the Johannisberg.
The apartment has a bathtub and a second toilet. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Gas is used for cooking. We have a pantry and a cellar.
Die Wohnung ist zentral in Bielefeld gelegen, allerdings auch an einer Hauptstraße, es ist also nicht besonders ruhig. In weniger als 10 Gehminuten befindest du dich im Altstadtring. Die S-Station Bethel ist 1 Minute entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch Naturfreund*innen werden sich hier wohl fühlen, da du innerhalb weniger Minuten im Teutoburger Wald bzw. bei der Sparrenburg bist.

The apartment is very centrally located in Bielefeld and also next to the main street, it isn't very calm. In less than 10 minutes you are in the Altstadtring. The S-Station Bethel is 1 minute away. There are shops in the immediate vicinity. Nature lovers will also feel at home here, as you can be in the Teutoburger Forest or Sparrenburg within a few minutes.
Wir sind Yahia und Jana, beide 30 Jahre alt.
Yahia studierte in Frankreich und ist letztes Jahr der Arbeit wegen von Paris nach Bielefeld gezogen. Er mag es, sich mit unterschiedlichsten Leuten zu Unterhalten, am Liebsten mit einer Tasse Tee in der Hand :-) In seiner Freizeit geht er gerne ins Fitnessstudio und ist gerade dabei, deutsch zu lernen.
Jana macht sehr gerne Yoga und auch sonstigen Sport und ist generell gerne viel unterwegs, sei es, um einfach im Wald spazieren zu gehen oder um verschiedene Veranstaltungen zu besuchen. Außerdem lebt sie vegan und würde sich freuen, wenn du dem gegenüber aufgeschlossen bist, denn was gibt es Schöneres, als gemeinsame Kochabende? :-)
Wir unternehmen gerne etwas miteinander, meistens unterhalten wir uns in der Küche, spielen aber auch mal gerne oder schauen einen Film zusammen. Manchmal sind wir aber auch ganz gerne alleine.

We are Yahia and Jana, both 30 years old.
Yahia studied in France and moved from Paris to Bielefeld last year for work. He likes to talk to a wide variety of people, preferably with a cup of tea in hand :-) In his free time, he likes to go to the gym and is currently learning German.
Jana really enjoys doing yoga and other sports and generally, she's often outside, just for walking in the forest or to attend various events. Furthermore, she's vegan and would be happy if you are open-minded, because what could be nicer than cooking evenings together? :-)
We like to do something together, mostly we talk in the kitchen, play games or watch a movie together, but sometimes we like to be alone in our rooms.
Uns ist vor allem wichtig, dass du Lust auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben hast, dich an Abmachungen hältst und nicht rauchst. Probleme sollten sofort angesprochen werden können, damit wir gemeinsam nach einer Lösung schauen können.
Wenn das auf dich zutrifft und du dich von der Anzeige angesprochen fühlst, dann melde dich doch gerne mit einem Text, wo du dich vorstellst und gerne auch die Zeiten nennst, zu denen ein Gespräch für dich, online oder in unserer WG, möglich ist.
Für die Küche möchte ich einen Abschlag von 200 € haben, da ich diese abkaufen musste.
