Das Zimmer ist in einer Neubauwohnung in einer 2er WG mitten in der Fußgängerzone der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung selbst ist im 3. Stockwerk, hat aber einen Fahrstuhl.
Das Haus selbst ist meines Wissens nach nur von Studierenden bewohnt, weshalb hier oftmals was los ist.
Die Lage ist wirklich in der Innenstadt. Vom Balkon aus guckt man runter auf die Fußgängerzone. Hauptbahnhof und Jahnplatz sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Loom ist direkt vor der Tür und dementsprechend kann man abends unbedenklich zu Fuß unterwegs sein.
Zu mir: Mein Name ist Tony, bin 21Jahre alt uns studiere Maschinenbau an der FH.
Aktuell bin ich recht viel mit Uni und Arbeit eingespannt, verbringe aber meine Abende gerne in Umliegenden Kneipen und Clubs.
Das WG-Leben stell ich mir sehr harmonisch vor. Ich suche hier definitiv keine Zweck-WG!
Gemeinsame Kochabende und Feierabendbier mit tiefgründigen Gesprächen find ich genau so gut.
Putzplan gab es bisher nicht, da es immer eigentlich gut geklappt hat. Ich schätze mit einer guten Absprache lässt sich sowas immer klären.
