Ich suche vom 10.02.-04.04.08 eine Zwischenmieterin für mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Ein kürzerer Zeitraum ist natürlich auch in Ordnung. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 220 €/Monat.
Das Zimmer ist 17qm groß und sehr hell, da es über drei große Fenster verfügt. Im Zimmer vorhanden: Bett, Schlafsofa, Schreibtisch, 2 Schublädenschränke, Wohnzimmertisch, Fernseher...Die Küche ist mit allem bis hin zur Spülmaschiene ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschiene kann ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden. Internet ist über w-lan verfügbar und es gibt eine Telefonflatrate.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt und die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Zur Haltestelle Rathaus ist es eine Minute und zum Jahnplatz sind es fünf Minuten. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut.
Zudem erwarten Dich eine sehr nette Mitbewohnerin und ihr Kater...
