Hi,
wir Alex/Tom bieten ein schönes Zimmer in einer 3er WG zum 01.02.2012 an. In dem Haus befinden sich noch 3 weitere WG´s. Die WG selber befindet sich im 2.OG.
Es handelt sich um 14qm großes Zimmer. Insgesamt ist die WG ca 70qm groß.
Bei den 160 Euro handelt sich um die Kaltmiete.
Die Nebenkosten belaufen sich auf 40 Euro und beinhalten:
Heizung, Strom, Internet, Telefeon (Festnetz Flatrate) und TV.
Die Kaution beträgt 300 Euro.
Von der Lage her ist die WG ziemlich zentral, sie liegt zwischen der Stadtbahnlinie 2 und 3, wobei die 3 ein wenig näher ist. Man benötigt mit der Bahn jeweils ca. 7 Minuten bis zum Jahnplatz. und ca. 20 Minuten bis zur Uni. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in einem 10 Minuten Umkreis (Real, Netto, Jibi).
