Hallo,
ich ziehe zum 1.10. aus einer der schönesten Wgs Bielefelds aus. Das Zimmer kann sowohl möbliert als auch nichtmöbliert übernommen werden, müssen wir dann mal schauen.
Die Wohnung ist eine ca 100m² große Dachgeschosswohnung. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Sofa und eine schöne Küche, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Außerdem gibts da noch den wunderbaren Dachboden.
Die Wohnung hat eine supe Lage; Supermarkt um die Ecke, ein kleiner Park hinterm Haus, Stadtbahnhaltestelle ca 2 Minuten entfernt und auf die Sparrenburg kommt man von hier auch ganz schnell.
Deine MitbewohnerInnen sind Tim, Jones und Maria, Studierende der Philosophie und Psychologie. Die sind (fast) immer für nen WG-Abend zu haben. Die Miete beträgt 150 € warm, mit Internet und Telefonflat.
