Ca. 14qm großes Zimmer (hohes Hochbett ist schon eingebaut, Bett nimmt also keinen Platz mehr weg) in Bi-Mitte für 290€ warm frei. Die gesamte Wohnung mit einem großen Wohnzim-mer mit Balkon, einer geräumigen Küche, Flur mit Stauraum und einem richtig großen Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche (Waschmaschine steht auch drin) ist ca. 60qm groß. Dazu ge-hört auch ein Abstellkeller. Line 2 fährt genau vor der Haustür ab, in die Stadt laufen (ca.10 min) ist aber auch gar kein Prob-lem. Telefon- und DSLflat sowie Kabelfehrnsehen sind vorhan-den (23€/Monat).
Ich bin 24 Jahre, nicht Raucherin und studiere Gesundheitswis-senschaften an der Uni. Außerdem bewohnen noch zwei Ka-ninchen die Wohnung, du solltest also keine Allergie gegen Tierhaare und Heu haben.
Wenn du weiblich und Nichtraucherin bist, keine reine Zweck-WG suchst, gerne mal gemütlich quatschend einen Kaffee oder Tee trinkst, dann meld dich doch.
