Die WG ist insgesamt 80qm groß.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und ca. 20qm groß.
Es gibt ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, siehe Fotos.
Im Bad gibt es eine Duschwanne und die Toilette ist separat.
In der Küche existiert sogar eine Spülmaschine.
Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und auf dem Dachboden kann man gut die Wäsche aufhängen.
Wir haben einen Kellerraum und einen kleinen Hinterhof. Schaut selbst :)
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen!
Du bist in 5 Minuten am Jahnplatz oder in der Alstadt und Krispy Kebab ist direkt nebenan.
Die WG ist für eine 2er WG ausgelegt. Beide WG-Zimmer werden frei, das heißt letztendlich läuft es auf eine WG-Neugründung hinaus.
Ich würde mich freuen, die Wohnung in gute Hände zu geben - wie auch immer Du oder Ihr das Zusammenleben zukünftig gestalten wollt.
