Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß und hat zwei große Fenster. Es besitzt einen Fernsehanschluss sowieso einen Telefonanschluss. Die gesamte Wohnung ist 85qm groß, ist mit PVC Boden ausgestattet, bis auf das Bad, das Fliesen hat. Das Bad hat ein Tageslichtfenster und wird mit den beiden Mädels geteilt. Die Küche ist groß und ist mit einem Tisch ausgestattet. Die Küche wird ebenfalls geteilt.
In das Zimmer passt ein großes Bett, ein großer Schrank und ein großer Schreibtisch und es ist immer noch genügend Platz!
Das Haus lieht an der Heeperstr. 254 und hat eine direkte Anbindung zur Innenstadt, sowie zum Hauptbahnhof. Zur Bushaltestelle läuft man nicht mal eine Minute. In der Nähe luegt ein Netto, ein Jibi, ein Zahnarzt, Apotheken, Bäckereien, Imbisse und vieles mehr!
Beide Mädels (Karolina und Anne) sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Jeder ist für einen da und man nimmt Rücktsicht aufeinander! Man sitzt abends gerne mal zusammen und quatscht oder guckt zusammen Fernsehn.
Beide sind noch am studieren, wenn du jedoch nicht studierst ist es auch nicht schlimm. Haputsache, du bist eine offene und nette Person! :)
