Zu vermieten ist ein 15qm großes, vor kurzem renoviertes Zimmer mit Laminatboden. Die Wohnung ist vor einem Jahr komplett renoviert worden und besitzt eine gehobene, sehr saubere und gepflegte Ausstattung. Die Nachbarn im Haus sind ruhig und umgänglich, das Haus liegt ruhig in zweiter Reihe. Mit dem Rad zur Uni sind es 10-15 Minuten, zur Bahnstation 5 Fußminuten, zur Busstation 2 Fußminuten. Wichtig sind mir: Sauberkeit und nicht zuviel Lärm. Im Preis ist alles inklusive, auch Internet-DSL-Flatrate per WLAN sowie Mitbenutzung meiner Waschmaschine. Einen Keller gibt es neben einem Trockenraum übrigens auch.
