Ich (Student, 26) suche einen neuen Mitbewohner für eine super nette 2er-WG.
Dein Zimmer wäre 16qm groß und steht schon ab dem 10.10 zum Einzug bereit.
Die Wohnung hat eine kleine funktionale Küche mit großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank.
Kellerraum und Waschmaschinenanschluss in der Waschküche sind vorhanden. Außerdem kann der große Garten mitbenutzt werden und im Sommer wird öfter mal gegrillt.
Unmittelbar in der Nähe sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Netto 5 min. und Real 10 min. Fußweg. Direkt um die Ecke ist eine Tankstelle mit langen Öffnungszeiten.
Die Haltestelle Sieker-Endstation, von der es nur 10 min. mit der Bahn in die Stadt ist, ist schnell zu Fuß erreicht.
Zu den 199 Euro Kaltmiete kommen noch 16 Euro Nebenkonsten und 15 Euro Internet-Telefonflatrate hinzu. Der Gesamtpreis wäre dann 230 Euro komplett.
